  1. Dear Customer,How are you doing?Thanks for your question to our true wireless earbuds!Below are the steps to reset the earbuds:1. Take out L and R earbuds from the cahrging case at the same time, and then hold their MFB buttons about 3 sec to power off both earbuds.2. Then, press and hold the L and R earbuds' MFB buttons at the same time about 9 seconds to reset them, then both earbuds will turn off.3. Put earbuds back into the charging case and take out again to power them on, both of them will flash blue lights at first, after around 1.5 seconds, LED of R earbuds goes off, and only L earbud is flashing Red and Blue lights alternately, they have paired with each other successfully.4. Search and connect 'PowerHQB pro' on your phone.Thank you!
