    A They are good for muffling most noise and canceling others but i wouldn’t say they are completely noise canceling. Great headphones though

    A If I remember correctly when I received them they were charged. I followed the instructions to pair the ear buds with my phone and used them for a short time. I then placed in the chargers to get a full charge for more prolong use. Hope this is helpful.

  7. Q Do both earbuds have lights while charging?
    A I just checked and when I pulled the ear buds out of the case and place back in, both ear buds have a red light that comes on when placed in the charger. So I would assume, yes both earbuds have lights when charging.
  8. Q Is there a button on the earbud itself to mute the microphone?
    A I have yet to figure out how to use these earbuds. One only beeps and doesn't work. I don't think the instructions are very clear.
  9. Q Is it compatible with Samsung s10e?
    A Yes, I have a Samsung 10e. It connected immediately. Works great.
  10. Q Does mic noise canceling work? Has anyone tried making calls with this earbud? And how was it, did you pick up outside noises from noisy places or did
    A I have used them for phone calls and they sound fine, bit like any mic if you're in a noisy place, you'll pick up those sounds.

  12. Q My right ear bud is not connecting how do i get it to connect? It says its on and keep making this bing sound and flashing white. What should i do?

    A Brenda, I could not find on the box or the enclosed literature, "Made in the USA". I would go to the Multited web site and read the information. The CEO in the literature says they are a family run company, her name is Shir Laumbach.
  14. Q My right ear bud is not connecting how do i get it to connect? It says its on and keep making this bing sound and flashing white. What should i do?
    A It shouldn’t do that. I would return and so for a replacement.
  15. Q How long do these earbuds last ? Like do the left one go out within 2 months like the AirPods do ?
    A Well if they only last 2 months, you do get a 1 year warranty where if theres amything wrong with them the company replaces for free.
  16. Q Is the mic supposed to be in both earbuds or just one?
    A As far as i know both earbuds I use one or both for рџ“± calls
  17. Q is there a display to show how much charge the charger has left? ( a lighting meter or anything)
    A when you pair your phone theres a message that says battery is that 100% but while listening to the buds and it get ready to die or 5% battery is left it'll tell you in your ear to charge.

    A I’d sat about 20-25 minutes.
  19. Q Will these pause automatically when sprinting? Because of the jumping up and down?
    A Not that I know of. But then I do not jog or sprint myself. Good luck.

    A Never heard of OSAH. You may want to contact "OSAH" directly.
  21. Q The right piece won’t connect to my phone or flash red and white like the left one does when I double tap it. Can anyone help please?
    A Try putting both earbuds back in the case and charge them for a little bit; then try to disconnect them entirely from your device and reconnect them by pulling both earbuds out at the same time to connect.
  22. Q What is the difference between these and the TX model of the same brand? They are the same price.
    A These have the better Qualcomm 3020 chip which supports Apt-X and AAC which brings better sound to the earbuds.
  23. Q How much time does it take to charge?
    A The case: 3.5hrs Earbuds: 1.5hrs.
  24. Q Why can’t I connect my right earbuds?
    A Try to put both earbuds back in the case and disconnecting them entirely from your device then pull both earbuds out at the same time and reconnect to your device.

    A It takes about 3.5hrs to charge case 100% and about 1.5hrs to charge earbuds 100%
  26. Q Are these comfortable to wear while running?
    A Very comfortable but make sure you have the right eartips that fit in your ear to provide the best sound quality and fitting comfort.
  27. Q How do I pair the left ear bud only my right will pair.
    A Disconnect then repair the earbuds; once they are connected again just put right side earbud back in the case and left earbud should stay connected.
  28. Q It only pairs one headphone, what do I do to get the 2nd?
    A 1st-Put both earbuds back in case; 2nd-disconnect/forget device on your phone/tablet/bluetooth device; 3rd- take both earbuds out at same time and connect to device again.
  29. Q It seems to be stuck in mono mode, no matter what I do. Even when unpairing and repairing the device. Is there any way to fix this?
    A I would check the blue tooth list. See if both are connected?
  30. Q Can you charge the case while the ear buds are in the case or must the case be empty when it is being charged?
    A Yes
  31. Q How do i see the charging percentage on these?
    A only why is on phone bluetooth when there hooked up
  32. Q Is there a way to turn up the volume on the headphones?
    A With both headphones connected, touch and hold the right bud for four seconds to raise the volume.
  33. Q Hey would anyone be so kind as to explain why the right earbud doesn't work? Please help me I would rather not have to return these qualit headphones.
    A When I first Bluetooth connected, one bud didn't work. I deleted the connection, restarted my phone, took both buds out and tapped twice on them before searching and connecting on Bluetooth and it worked for me and haven't had any issues since. Also, and this is probably too obvious, make sure they are both fully charged...
  34. Q How’s the mic quality?
    A Decent! My callers don't notice any difference from a plugged in headphone mic and this one.
  35. Q Mono mode wont let me skip songs or raise volume, only lets me in stereo mode. Is there a fix?
    A Nope. Only play and pause in mono, or tell your Siri to play next track.
  36. Q The red lights dont go off when i put them in the case..whatbdo i do?
