A Hi, they are touch control. They are not hard to use, I just haven't spent the proper amount of time practicing with them. For example, you can tap them to block out all noise except the music or you can tap to hear your surroundings with the music playing quietly in the background. I took them out of the box, set them up and started listening right away.

A : I would not recommend using these in extreme heat. I wouldn't recommend using any electronics in extreme heat for that matter. Unless it is specifically designed to be used in high temperature areas then I wouldn't do it. Electronics can heat up to at least °90 when in room temperature. When you expose a device to extreme heat when it isn't specifically made to handle it, it may have unexpected consequences.

A Caller name announcement is typically a feature of the phone, if the phone is capable of it, the same audio can be heard through the headphones. Hope this helps

A For the price these are good earbuds and far superior to the kind that do not have an over the ear loop. If budget allows, I would highly recommend Bose products for anyone with hearing challenges. I have a set of Bose Hearphones that have been priceless to me. They have discontinued them but I understand they will have a new model this summer. Pricey, but priceless, and far less than hearing aids which I personally can not tolerate. These are my backup pair and for a backup I am happy with them, especially because of the ability to change noise cancelling not only on or off, but the additional 'Be Aware' setting that allows outside sound to flow through when you need to hear your surroundings. With the foam tips, they effectively block outside sound. Be Aware makes them safe if I'm walking dogs or on a bike ride and need to hear what is around me. The app is a must for EQ customization.

A I have glasses and there's no problem for me. I suppose my glasses are maybe on the thinner end of frames but nonetheless all you have to do it wiggle the earbuds around until its either above or below the glasses and is comfortable.

A • The left or right earbud can be used independently for music and phone calls. Simply choose one and take out from the case to connect.• Only ONE Bluetooth device can be connected at a time. So the second number, six is rated for Protection from high pressure water jets from any direction at about 12mm, and has limited ingress protection which means penetration from fluids of sweet not emulsion from water. Another words it has the best protection from dust and complete sweet proof protection but not for under water use with limited drop in water protection about half a foot for probable survival within five minute recovery period.
