Touch controls are set up thusly in stock format. Left ear:• single tap - volume down•Double tap - siri (ios) or Google Assistant (android)•Triple tap - EQ change•Touch and hold - change between aware mode, active noise cancellation and anc off.Right ear:•Single tap - volume up•Double tap - play/pause•Triple tap - track forward•Touch and hold - EQ changeReceiving calls:•Single tap left or right - answer call•Double tap left or right - end callTouch and hold - reject callMisc:Touch and hold both ears for 3+ seconds - music/movie modeTo turn off headphones, either place in charger case to turn off or turn off device bluetooth and buds will power off after 3 minutes.That being said, with the downloadable app, single, double and touch and hold can all be customized left and right individually.
