    A Youtube is an app on a device. You will first need to connect these to a device that has Youtube and then open the Youtube app. The audio will be through the ear buds if your device is connected to the ear buds.

    A I didn’t like them because they wouldn’t stay in my ear even while I was sitting still I’m trying not to move and I got them for my motorcycle because I heard they were very secure so I ended up just giving them away

    A Yes they aquired them from another company that merged with them and rebranded them as there's.
  5. Q After a full charge and short use, the charge completely goes dead. What are my options?
    A Please first try to:- Try to use a terrycloth/cotton swab with a bit of alcohol to clean the contact pins both in the charging case and on earbuds to ensure a better connection. - Fully charge the earbuds again. Note: after the earbuds are fully charged, the steady white light on the earbuds will shut off. - Test how long the earbuds can last with a 50% and 80% volume when listen to music. Please note that if you are making a call using the headphones, the battery will discharge more quickly than listening to music. If these didn't help, please reach to us for a warranty claim if your order is still under warranty.

    A I have not but these headphones should work with any device that acts as a Bluetooth host the perfect for physical activities due to their price point because if you lose them it's not as bad if you lost a more expensive option they are far from audiofile quality but they sound great

    A Soundcore Liberty Neo doesn't support the passthrough, hearthrough, transparency mode so far, sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
  17. Q Are the earbuds the same color as the case in the red and blue?
    A Please note the color of the earbuds is black rather than blue.
  18. Q Has anyone used them doing yoga and if so how well do they remain in place?
    A I've used them for yoga, and they have stayed in place except for one time when for some reason the right one just didn't stay in place. I have tried several brands/styles of earbuds and these are the only ones that don't just fall out of my ears. They come with a nice variety of sizes of "domes", the part that actually sits in your ear and it turns out I use the smallest so maybe that's why. They essentially "lock" into place in that you put them in your ears and then just turn them a bit until the fit is snug.
  19. Q Do these actually stay in? I need them for working out and have always used the ones with the part that goes over the ear.
    A For me they stay in pretty well, I don’t workout, but they have different pieces that will fit to your ear. It takes awhile to find what’s a right fit. But for the price and comfort that you get it’s well worth it. I think they will stay in friend.
  20. Q I cant get hust the earbud to connect. Anyone else have this issue?
    A Please try the following steps to see if it helps at all:- Please try to reduce the distance between your right earbud and your audio device, like having your audio device in your right pocket or right side, as your right Soundcore Liberty Neo earbud is the master (main) earbud. The right earbud connects to your audio device and to the left earbud.- Please try to put the earbuds back in the case and take them out, double press the buttons on the earbuds and test them again. - Reset your Bluetooth connection by turning off your device's Bluetooth for at least 10 seconds and then turn it back on. Please note, turning Bluetooth off and back on quickly will not reset the connection. Please also try to close the Apps not using on your device. If the issue still persists, please contact Soundcore customer support, we will help you out as soon as possible.

    A Yes I believe it does. I’ve used it with an iPhone 8, XR & 11 Pro Max and it works great!

    A Yes, if your TV supports Bluetooth, you can connect them to your TV to get the sound.
  25. Q I paired the Left Earbud as per instructions but need to unpair and pair again to use. Is there a better way?
    A If this question is about using just the left earbud while the right remains in the case then I think your process is the only way. The default setting (at least in my experience) is that the right earbud pairs automatically if it is out of the case, but the left earbud does not do this.
  26. Q Can this be used while swimming?
    A To protect your earbuds, we don't recommend you to use then while swimming.
  27. Q How well does it block out noise on a plane?
    A They work fine if you take off the crappy silicone eartips and put on foam ones. It's what I did. It drastically reduces outside noise and increases the bass and over sound quality.
  28. Q How long does it take to charge to 50% or 100% with the charging case?
    A About 30 minutes for the buds themselves and about an hour for the case.
  29. Q Are there any other kinds of ear wings for this style if ear buds? I find that they slip out a lot.
    A Order some foam eartips to replace the crappy silicone ones and that will solve your problem and make the base and overall sound DRASTICALLY better.
  30. Q Does this have the ability to mute the mic during the call.
    A No and they aren't really good at phone calls unless you are in a quite room. If you want excellent call clarity and noise cancelation I would recommend the Plantronics Voyager Legend line up of Bluetooth earpieces. I can drive with my window down at 65 MPH and people can't hear the wind at all and can barely even hear cars passing me.
  31. Q How bright are the lights while in use? I want to use them in bed but can’t if flashes brightly in a dark room as that disturbs partner.
    A Tell your partner to close their eyes. Most people close their eyes when trying to sleep and the room is dark. If the lights are on you won't see the lights on the earbuds flashing.

    A Yes, please contact Anker customer support for further assistance.
  33. Q Are these noise cancelling?
    A noise isolation takes out back ground noise, so the person your talking to can hear you. Passive noise cancelling is basically ear plugs. And you are correct active noise cancelling sends opposite sound waves to cancel noise you here. I don't know of any buds with this tech, if you find buds with that please post.
  34. Q Do these ship out with a full charge? i want to use them at the gym tonight, but ups doesn't deliver until late this afternoon.
    A I pulled mine out of the box. The case had 3 lights lit up. 5 days later with medium usage I still have. Ot charged the case.

    A I assume you mean prop 65 warning. I looked all through the packaging and booklets, no prop 65 warning. Then I looked all through my iPhone Xr packaging and also saw no prop 65 warning. I am not sure that it is required.

    A If the TV is bluetooth capable then yes. You should be able to pair with any bluetooth capa6device.

    A Yes. You can keep the fully charged earbuds in the charging case and there is no overcharging issue.
  39. Q CWhats the difference between "5 hour playtime" and "20 hours with the rechargable case"?
    A The play time is 5 hours for the buds. After you charge the case itself, the case is capable of charging the buds 4x. Total of 4 complete charges times the 5 hours = 20 total hours of play time before you have to charge the case again.
  40. Q Can I buy charging case by itself?
    A Normally we don't sell the accessories separately. If you need further assistance, please contact customer support.
  41. Q How bad is the delay / lag when streaming movies or YouTube?
    A The delay varies by device and app. On a Windows computer I don't notice substantial delay. On iPhone in Safari, I don't notice a delay, however the native iPhone Youtube app has a significant delay, maybe 1/4 second or so. It's enough that lip movements stop lining up with words. Not sure if this is a software or hardware issue.

    A It does not weight a lot is super light . Battery capacity is a ruffly estimated like around 4 days and that's with heavy use.
  44. Q Are these earbuds capable of being used on 2 devices at the same time?
    A Define "used" and "at the same time". Can these earbuds be actively connected to 2 devices simultaneously? No. I don't know of any buds that will allow that. Can they be *paired* with more than one device simultaneously? Sure! But they can only be actively *connected* to one device at any given time. For example, I've paired these buds with both my phone and my tablet. When I'm using them with my tablet, I have the BT on my phone turned off. When I'm using them with my phone, I have the BT on my tablet turned off.
  45. Q Can you adjust volume with the earbuds. Also, does it have dual microphones, a voice assistant option, and led lights to show power level on charger?
    A You have to adjust the volume on your phone, but it does have dual microphones and you can use touch controls to use your phone's voice assistant. There are 3 LEDs on the case that tell you how much remaining battery the case has, but won't show how charge the actual earbuds are. My phone does tell me the earbuds power level if I look at my bluetooth connection status though.
  46. Q can support multipoint connection two phones or one phone and one pc in same time ?
    A Yes! Mine are connected to android phone + android tablet. I can stream shows on tablet and take phone calls seamlessly.
  47. Q when you return the buds to the case , do magnets hold them in place or something else ??
    A There are magnets in the case. The buds snap I and hold pretty firmly.
  48. Q Can the earbuds be used as single stand alone units?
    A You can put one in your ear at a time, they have content listed in the FAQ for that.
  49. Q The sound level on mine is so low I can barely hear them. Any way to fix this? My device is cranked all the way up.
    A Sound like you have a defective pair. The sound on mine is loud enough that I can hear it while mowing the lawn.
  50. Q Has anyone had issues with the left earbud not producing sound or at times very minimal sound compared to that of the right earbud?
    A I noticed that when they connect to my PC, at first they connect as a Headset (which powers the right side only) and after a minute or so, the connect as headphones which powers both. So sometimes I just wait a little longer and the left side comes on.

    A I don't know if they have an app. I have never used it if they do, they just connect via Bluetooth. When I use them outside noise can still be heard so I don't think that they are noise isolating.

    A Contact the seller. I broke my case and they replaced it for me!

    A If you use the correct size inserts for your ears, they should not slip out.

    A It sticks out about 1/4-3/8" out. I don't know how tight ur helmet is, I'm prtty sure it would rub a little. I've worn ear muffs no prob.

    A Yes, but you'd also need to purchase a Bluetooth transmitter or dongle that works with the TV for the earbuds to connect to. There are different options available, just be careful as some say that they specifically won't work with a Samsung smart TV. They're around $20-$30.

    A No, there is no volume control on these headphones so the volume needs to be adjusted via the connected device.
  64. Q Is there Google Assistant or Siri support?
    A Yes. By default, double tapping either earbud will activate Siri or Google Assistant.
  65. Q what is the difference between these and the liberty lite?
    A Anker sells (or previously sold) a variety earbuds. I am not sure what the specific differences are. I have used both the Soundcore Liberty Neo, Souncore Liberty Lite and am currently using the Zolo. They are all very similar. The Zolo’s are the biggest, most expensive, have the best battery life and in my view the best sound. I returned the Liberty Lites. Not sure what went wrong. They just stopped working. But the Neo and Zolo sets have been outstanding. Good build quality. Lots of great features. The Neo’s are smaller, stay in a smaller case and have less battery life. But I would happily recommend either. Just depends on your budget and willingness to tolerate the bigger size of the Zolos. Hope this helps.
