Hey Mtn_Lifer,Thank you for your question.First of all, we want you to know that we improved the mechanical partsfrom the other similar bluetooth headphones and our MX10 is the newest version. You have one year warranty on damages.The headphones has IPX7 waterproof protection.It's mean that you can use them on a raining dayif they fall into the water nothing will happen and also you can shower with them but it is not recommendedThey are not made for it and it's not the same protection as the swimming pool headphones.
