Kay is a Million Dollar Club Member of the Cobb Association of  Realtors, E Certified, and a Certified Skilled Negotiator. She holds a B.S. Degree from the University of Southern Mississippi.  Learning for Kay never stops because of the changing marketplace. So she continues her education with classes on all aspects of the business from appraisals, short sales, inspections, REO's, Auctions, financing and many others.

     Kay stays active in the Real Estate community and works closely with agents from many companies, mortgage brokers, attorneys and inspectors. She truly believes in  giving and receiving support from other professionals.

     As a former Customer Service Supervisor at Delta Air Lines, Kay brings her skills of dealing with clients and customers to a new level. When asked about what she loves about her Real Estate career, she says “I am working with wonderful people whom I can help with the biggest investment in their lives. I can serve them as a professional, who is educated and committed to meet their personal needs. There is a real satisfaction in helping others.  It is an honor and privilege to serve them.”
